1. Is registration mandatory to access the portal?
It is not mandatory to register on the portal. Users can also enter the portal as guests. Through the link https://portal.konicaminolta.com.gr/ the user can have limited access to the portal via the “guest request” tab but can place orders or requests only with the serial number or the SI of the machine.
